Zajmuje się rozpatrywaniem podań od osób chcących dołączyć do Zespołu. Weryfikuje je pod względem forum oraz gry, a także przeprowadza egzaminy. Stoi on niżej w hierarchii niż Administrator ds. Rekrutacji. W razie odrzucenia podania należy się kierować do jednego z członków Komisji.
